The Egyptian Book Of Dead
The famous Egyptian Book of the Dead - probably the most well-known and often read of the Egyptian religious literature. This is the Budge edition. While there are better translations available, this is the most accessible in the public domain.

The Budge translation of the Book of Am-Tuat - a cosmological treatise which describes the Egyptian underworld.

Jaroslav Cerny's 1951 book gives an excellent overview of the ancient Egyptian religion, covering the gods, cults, and the effect of later foreign influences.
Egyptian Myth and Legend
Donald Mackenzie gives us a comprehensive collection of Egyptian stories and legends.
History of the Egyptian Religion
And older book (1882) by James Ballingal, but a good source of information, this book gives us a historical background and context for the Egyptian religion as it evolved through history.

A work by Budge which summaries the Egyptian underworld.
Legends of the Gods
Another work by Budge which describes his myths and legends surrounding the Egyptian gods.
